Description
Tequila Sunrise, The Villa, is a contemporary 5000 sq. ft. beach house on secluded Lover's Cove, Dropsey Bay on the southern shore of Anguilla, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the mountains of St. Martin beyond. Whilst accessible to all the conveniences of modern living, Tequila is a private retreat that allows for interaction with the perfect serenity of nature.
Large expanses of glass doors and windows optimize views of the ocean, and miles of the surrounding natural landscape. Each master bed room suite has a over-sized full bath room en suite, king size bed, large HD TV, air conditioning, private patio, and many spectacular amenities.
The ultra-modern kitchen, dining room, and 22' ceiling Great Room with 45" HD Plasma TV, are designed with luxury and entertainment in mind. The large infinity swimming pool is surrounded on three sides with lounging and relaxation areas, and on the fourth side by the beach and ocean with a breath taking view of St. Martin, St, Barths, and on a clear day even St, Kitts 75 miles away.
Meander down to the beach, snorkel, recline poolside or laze in the sun on your private patio and be lulled by the rhythms of the surf.
Secluded
Lovers Cove Beach at Dropsey Bay , a leisurely 2 minute walk along the path from Tequila Sunrise Villa, is a small , white sand , sun bathing, adventure beach with a great snorkeling and exploring bay . It is wonderful for tranquil clear blue ocean dipping, and there are spots that resemble hot tubs, but not accommodating for people who want to swim lengths (this can be done at Sandy Hill Bay three minutes drive from Lovers Cove).
Great Room: The open floor plan of the ground floor emphasizes spaciousness while encouraging the flow of the tantalizing cool trade winds. The Great Room is a sublime mix of restrained minimalism and high impact gestures. The whimsical grandeur of the custom, abstract copper light fixture and the bold drama of the 20-foot dune panel that can be seductively lit according to the dictates of one's mood. The pure, sculptural lines of the furniture remind one that the quintessence of perfection is simplicity.
Kitchen & Dining: Just off the Great Room lie the kitchen and dining with well-appointed accessories, wine refrigerator, coffee maker etc.
Just off the patio, the dining room opens up to a view of the ocean. A large dining table seats 8 under the romantic glow of Le Klint pendants.
Bedrooms: Pared-down sophistication in dreamy white. Soft, down duvets and 600 thread count bed linen cushion dreams. Accents of burnt orange and sunny yellow color your dreamscape. Each bedroom opens up to a private patio overlooking the pool and glistening ocean. Each is equipped with a writing desk should the surf inspire. Private patio for each bedroom; air conditioning and ceiling fans. All bedrooms overlook the pool, the ocean and majestic, undulating mountains of St. Martin
Bathrooms; En suite bathrooms maintain the refined aesthetics of this haven. Hewn travertine throughout the rest of the villa is relieved by river pebbles in the bathroom and outdoor Hansgrohe rain showers. A generous freestanding tub with a view to the outdoors.
