Rental Notes
- Although the villa has 5 bedrooms, the gym can be converted to a sixth bedroom. However it is only appropriate for teenagers.
- While children under 10 are not recommended, exceptions will be taken under consideration on a per rental basis and a $30 per child/day will apply.
- Included in rates are: Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Roundtrip transfers from the Anguilla airport or ferry terminal, and Villa Staff.
- Additional Costs: Gratuities to the staff are welcome, Fine wines, champagnes, aperitifs, Spa treatments, and Island excursions.

This 15,000 square foot luxury home is located in Captain's Bay, Anguilla. This five bedroom villa comes with a full staff, including a chef, and round the clock security. There is a heated Olympic-sized pool, a tennis court and a helicopter pad, a high tech music system, two bars (one inside, one poolside) and air-conditioning.
