- The summer special is $30,000 per week plus taxes and service charges of 20% inclusive of meals, beer, house wines and soft drinks. (Valid from May 2, 2010 to December 15, 2010)

- Security Deposit: $2500
- Christmas/New Year Rate - $75,000/week. PLEASE NOTE: The Christmas/New Year rate covers any 14 nights that include Christmas and/or New Year’s Day.
- Rates subject to 10% tax and 10% service charge.

- Rates based on double occupancy per bedroom.
- Weekly rate is equal to seven times the nightly rate unless noted above.

Rental Notes
- Although the villa has 5 bedrooms, the gym can be converted to a sixth bedroom. However it is only appropriate for teenagers.
- While children under 10 are not recommended, exceptions will be taken under consideration on a per rental basis and a $30 per child/day will apply.
- Included in rates are: Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Roundtrip transfers from the Anguilla airport or ferry terminal, and Villa Staff.
- Additional Costs: Gratuities to the staff are welcome, Fine wines, champagnes, aperitifs, Spa treatments, and Island excursions.
