JEMS is beautifully situated with sweeping ocean views and magnificent sunsets, located in Sea Rocks, an exclusive enclave of private villas.

The villa offers the discriminating traveler 2 main bedrooms and 2 main baths with walk-outs to the lovely pool and galleries from the principal rooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds that may be converted to a king-size bed.

JEMS Villa has a wonderful garden for alfresco dining. The terrace is the perfect outdoor living space; an ideal retreat. Walk to the beautiful Shoal Bay Beach, lunch at Scilly Key or have dinner with Mary Pat at Hibernia. Le Bon Pain also has the best baguettes and croissants on the island also a short walk from the villa.
