Painted with the bright colors of the Caribbean, Arca Villa is a tastefully furnished, spacious, newly built 3 story villa, perfect for large groups or families. The upper level accommodates 5 bedrooms with ceiling fans, mosquito nets and en suite bathrooms. All 5 bedrooms have garden views and are accessed from the courtyard, which features Mexican tiles and potted tropical plants. From the courtyard, a few steps down you will reach the large living and dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. Both rooms enjoy the gorgeous views of the Falmouth and Antigua Yacht Club Marinas, the Harbour entrance as well as the open sea. From the living/dining room as well as from the kitchen you can walk onto the large verandah, which is perfect for dining, entertaining, and relaxing, as it has shade-providing as well as sunny areas. On the lowest level and with its separate entrance, there is the 6th bedroom with bathroom.
Arca Villa features a large sundeck with kidney-shaped swimming pool, several comfortable, built-in wooden benches and a gazebo with BBQ-area, surrounded by almost 1 acre of hillside land, which has been wonderfully landscaped with mature tropical plants.
