A privately owned Antigua villa rental in a superb location with magnificent views over Falmouth Harbour.
Large contemporary living room and fully equipped stainless steel open plan kitchen. Spacious shaded seating area and alfresco dining on covered patio overlooking pool.
The living room is enclosed by glass sliding doors with one side overlooking the courtyard and the other overlooking the terrace, pool and view of Falmouth Harbour. There is plenty of seating on 3 sofas. For your entertainment are included a sound system, satellite television, a comprehensive library and a selection of cards & games.
The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, food processor etc. and all cutlery, crockery & glassware. There is an attractive breakfast bar on the living room side of the open plan kitchen.
Spacious shaded seating area and alfresco dining on covered patio overlooking pool and view. Our Antigua villa has flexible accommodation i.e. it is available with any number of bedrooms from 2 to 6 depending on the size and mix of your group. The maximum number that can be accommodated is 18.
Please note that the Villa is only let to one client/group at a time irrespective of the number of rooms required. Private pool, large sundeck with 7 seater hot-tub, gazebo & bar. Maid service. Laundry room with washer & dryer.
