The Beach Apartment is a delightful self-contained apartment, located on a privately owned beachfront property on a superb white sand beach. Available from mid April until mid November, this very comfortable apartment is the perfect accommodation for 1 or 2 persons, who wish to spend the summer in the Caribbean.
A path through the lush, tropical garden leads right to the private swimming pool with sundeck as well as to the adjoining beach and the calm, turquoise colored Caribbean Sea. The open plan concept and the well chosen furnishings give this newly-built apartment a spacious feel.
At the same time, thanks to the clever thought-through layout, the well-equipped modern kitchen with integrated dining area is perfectly separated from the cozy, tropical living area. From the kitchen you can step right onto the west-facing verandah, which is covered and accommodates an additional dining area for 4.
The bedroom, which can be set up as a double or 2 singles, has access to the east-facing covered verandah with a cozy seating area. From the living room you can reach both verandahs. Another special aspect of this apartment is the high level of insulation, which keeps the apartment cool all year round.
The strategic positioning of the verandah doors allows for excellent airflow. Ceiling fans throughout the apartment provide additional comfort. Jolly Harbour is one of the largest and finest marinas in the Caribbean with a residential community and 24 hour security. Several fine restaurants, a large American supermarket, shops, pharmacy, hair salon, 18 hole golf course, tennis and squash courts, water sport facilities and much more are all located within easy reach. To St. John's as well as English Harbour it's a convenient 20 minutes drive. Shops, restaurants, night life are just a 5 min walk away.
