This charming villa enjoys absolute privacy and breathtaking views over the beautiful Antigua Yacht Club Marina as well as the Falmouth Harbour Marina. On clear days you can even see the neighboring island of Montserrat in the distance. Shops, supermarket, bank, post office, bars, restaurants, internet cafe, ice cream parlor, sight seeing, Tennis and Squash, and much more are within walking distance. Nelson Manor features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large Swimming Pool. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom is twin bedded and has an adjoining bathroom. The villa has ceiling fans throughout. The TV Room has been equipped with Cable TV, VCR and a Radio. The open plan kitchen, which is next to the TV Room has a Coffee machine, Toaster, Kettle and an Icemaker. Dining is on the spacious verandah, where there is also a Gas BBQ-Grill. Electricity is 110 Volts.
