Villa Sull Oceano is a newly built 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath Italian style Villa with an open air Caribbean feel that will completely captivate you. The unique custom design boasts a huge 20'x40' main salon, and over 1,000 square feet of shaded patio, as well as a second level sundeck for working on your tan.
If the 30 steps to the ocean are to far for you, take a swim in your private fresh water swimming pool that includes four submerged bar stools directly adjacent to the outdoor kitchen, so your cold refreshments are readily available. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and take a walk down the beach to "Castaways" beach restaurant for a bit of atmosphere and perhaps a Pina Colada.
