This beautiful property sits on a corner lot on the upper ridge of Sandy Lane Estate directly above the golf course which gives wonderful relaxing views across the course, through the trees to the Caribbean Sea.

The four comfortable bedrooms form a horseshoe around a pretty courtyard to the main house and a fifth bedroom is available in the cottage which sits to the side of the main house and also offers exceptional views which include the outstanding well manicured grounds.

The spacious living area opens up on both sides providing easy access to the patio and pool area which themselves provide extra seating and large dining areas.

A wonderful breeze flows through the property due to both the elevated position of the property and the open plan design bringing the tropics right to your doorstep and offering one of the most refreshing and relaxing vacations you could wish for.
