The villa is located on the 5th fairway of the “Old nine” on one of the most exclusive roads within the Sandy Lane Estate.

While relaxing in any part of the villa, you will feel comforted by an interior design that enhances the visual excitement of the furnishings and artwork, and seamlessly complements the magnificent architecture of the house. The furnishings are of the highest quality, and many have been specially commissioned for Casa Caoba.
The Living room is truly spectacular with its beautiful art works and comfortable sofas. Enjoy the stereo system with a CD library. A cordless telephone is provided to roam the villa.
The terrace runs the full length of the house. The dining area is also located on the terrace. The mild Caribbean breeze keeps this part of the house cool all day long: in the mornings, for breakfast or in the evenings, when you enjoy a glass of wine at dinner.
Enjoy the cocktail hour, or any hour for that matter, at the wet bar adorned with coral and marble finishes. The bar area has full views of the pool, golf course and “tropical rainforest” of the gully.
At a little distance from the villa at the bottom of the garden, there is a sheltered Gazebo for romantic candle dinners or alfesco lunches.
