This luxurious beachfront estate sits on approximately 3.3 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens enjoying spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Ideally situated in The Garden St. James, Gardenia is less than a 10-minute drive from the historic towns of Holetown and Speightstown.
Offering a beautiful display of screed finished floors, Gardenia's foyer flows into an impressive open-plan living/dining room framed by coral stone pillars where rich, brightly coloured tapestries intrigue the senses. The living/dining room opens through wooden louvered doors on to a covered patio commanding breathtaking views over the swimming pool, terraced gardens and shimmering ocean beyond. The patio leads to a fabulous entertainment terrace and gazebo perfect for evening cocktails.
A stroll through the northern section of the gardens reveals an attractive cantilevered deck over the natural gully; a perfect spot to enjoy stunning sunsets.
Three stylish guest suites are located on the ground floor; all open on to the expansive western patio which overlooks the inviting pool. The master suite has a private study which opens on to a balcony, while the spacious master bedroom is to its right and a luxury bathroom and dressing room is to the left.
The large, air-conditioned kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances and feature granite countertops with a large island in the center.
The property is completed with a games room (including an entertainment system and exercise equipment), and a small cottage with two guest suites, tennis courts and staff quarters.
The formal dining table seats 14 guests and the patio dining table seats 8.
The outdoor wet bar is equipped with a mini fridge, wine chiller, ice maker and a variety of glassware.
The entertainment terrace and gazebo share a surround sound system.
The pool deck is outfitted with a covered table, 8 umbrellas and adjustable loungers. A changing room with 2 showers is located near the pool for guests.
The media room has a large Plasma TV and bookcase with books.
All bedrooms have Bose clock radios and CD players. The master bedroom has a large Plasma TV.
The private study has a laptop computer, printer/copier and fax machine.
The master suite balcony has a small sink and mini fridge.
The games room includes an entertainment system, table tennis equipment, exercise equipment, children's toys, pool & beach gear and tennis equipment.
A treadmill is located in the main house for guests.
The Gate House cottage offers 2 guest suites with a shared bathroom, kitchen, living
and sitting areas.
The property is fully enclosed with automatic gates.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
A full-time Villa Manager and chef assistant will be available to guests.
