Description
Belair Great House is a large family home about 100 years old, which was recently renovated. The house is set on over two acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with almost 300 feet of ocean frontage. Belair has 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to ten people. Set within the grounds are a large swimming pool and deck with ample space for relaxing and entertaining. Adjoining the pool deck is a barbeque with bar sink and counter top. Adjacent to the barbeque area is a gazebo with a dining area seating ten. The pool area is slightly raised and gated making Belair Great House child friendly. The entire property is enclosed and has an electronic entrance gate and a small gate to the sea front. Also within the grounds is a recently constructed asphalt tennis court.
