Maria Haut - President
Maria oversees all aspects of the company's operations. With over two decades of villa rental experience, Maria is uniquely positioned to guide the expansion of the company through her unparalleled insight and knowledge of the industry. Maria spends much of her time traveling throughout the Caribbean region frequenting many of the destinations and properties we represent. She has an intimate knowledge of island workings and is currently active in real estate development on several islands. Maria is a graduate of Brookdale College with a degree in nursing and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of New Jersey. Her love of animals has led her across the Caribbean working diligently with animal rescue organizations to find better lives for neglected and abandoned animals. |
Lisa Ayotte - Vice President, Sales
Lisa manages all aspects of the company's villa rental business, concierge department and property inventory. Lisa has extensive knowledge of the villas having visited, inspected and stayed in many properties personally. Her love of the villa lifestyle and Caribbean atmosphere continues to draw her back to the islands. Lisa has a background in nursing and customer service with a Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University.

Dave Miller - Vice President, Operations
Dave manages the company's day-to-day operations including the technology, marketing and administrative departments. With a degree in engineering from Bucknell University and a background in technology and real estate, Dave takes a proactive approach to ensure that the company operates smoothly and efficiently. Dave is an active traveler spending much of his free time traveling in Asia, Europe and the Caribbean.

Steve Haut - Vice President, Finance
With an extensive background in commercial real estate and a degree in finance from the The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Steve manages the company's finance and book-keeping operation. Steve's role also extends beyond that of finance and into long-term planning and strategic acquisition modeling. |
