The Jamaican telephone system follows the US standard, with an area code (876) followed by seven digits. Most villas have phones that are capable of making calls overseas.
Your cell phone may work in Jamaica; check with your provider.
Many villas have internet access (wireless or modem), making your email accessible while you're on vacation. Internet cafes are available in the main towns and resorts.
