The paperwork required for a St. Croix wedding is relatively simple for US citizens, since St. Croix is also part of the United States. Start by calling the Territorial Court (340-778-9750) to request an application (ask for the Family Division). Before you send the application back, have it notarized and include a letter stating: date of your arrival on island, length of stay, and desired wedding date.
There is a minimum eight-day waiting period after the completed and notarized application is received on island.
