St. Martin Golf
The island's lone golf course, at Mullet Bay Resort (011-599-545-2801) between Simpson Bay Lagoon and the Caribbean Sea, is a great test for golfers of any handicap. This 18-hole course designed by Joseph Lee is open daily from 6 AM to 5 PM, and there is also a putting range, driving range, and pro shop.
For serious golfers who wish to expand their horizons beyond just golf in St. Maarten, there is always the option of island-hopping to some of its closest neighbors and playing a few rounds elsewhere. Charter a small plane or boat and visit St. Thomas, St. Croix, or St. Kitts to test your skills at their beautiful courses. With the Caribbean islands being in relative proximity to each other there is no problem with the limited choice for golf in St. Martin.
