Tortola Weather

Tortola's climate can best be described as "endless summer," with average daytime temperatures of 77-85°F. The trade winds blow continuously, and they generally make the temperature drop about 10 degrees in the evening, so you may want to back a sweater or light jacket. Rainfall is erratic on Tortola, but on average the wettest months are September to December, while February to April are the driest. Hurricane season runs from June through November, and although the odds are low that a hurricane will strike, we recommend trip cancellation insurance to protect you.
