The Gecko (649-941-7433 or 649-232-7433, www.thegecko.tc), a shuttle bus in Provo, offers 3-hour tours around the island on Tuesdays and Thursdays at a reasonable price.
Like on other Caribbean islands, an experienced taxi driver will be happy to give you an island tour for a pre-arranged fee. On Provo, one site they're likely to take you to is the Caicos Conch Farm.
