Virgin Gorda Restaurants
While Virgin Gorda is not known for its restaurants, there are still plenty of places where you can get a good meal. Prices will vary greatly (roughly $20-$50 per person), and reservations are generally recommended. Here are a few of our favorites:
Biras Creek Estate
Biras Creek, North Sound
"A long-time island favorite. the island's best chefs and quality ingredients make for a superb dinner experience. Fixed-price, with seatings from 7-8:30 PM. Can only be reached by boat."
Next to Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbor, Spanish Town
"Casual, romantic atmosphere. Superb Cajun-Creole cuisine, and desserts among the island's best."
The Flying Iguana
The Valley, at the Airport
"Fine fresh fish and shellfish as well as steak, chicken, and lamb. Seasonings are a mix of Caribbean and Mediterranean. Open air dining."
Little Dix Bay Pavilion
Little Dix Bay Hotel, 1 km north of Spanish Town
"Elaborate breakfast and lunch buffets daily. Dinner is an a la carte menu of international favorites. Many of the ingredients are shipped here frozen, but the seafood is always a good bet."
The Restaurant at Leverick Bay
Leverick Bay, North Sound
"Great food and lovely views of the North Sound. Extensive menu including seafood and Anegada lobster, pasta dishes, and a children's menu."
Top of the Baths
The Valley, overlooking the Baths
"Elegant but casual. Amazing view of the baths, and you can cool off in the pool before or after your meal. Home-style cooking; save room for the rum cake."
