Double doors welcome you to this beautifully furnished colonial style 4 bedroom villa 450 m2 located on the second hole of La Cana Golf Course. It is 500 meters from the clubhouse where there is a bar, restaurants, Sixth Senses Spa, beautiful beach and large swimming pool.
Double doors open up each room on both levels to outdoor terraces with views of the golf course, infinity swimming pool and landscaped yard.
The ground floor has a large fully equipped kitchen open to the living area. There is a large dining table and comfortable sofa arrangement. There is also a bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom with double doors opening to the lower terrace.
Connected to the kitchen there is a maid’s room. There is also a fully equipped laundry area.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms and a living room. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, fans and televisions.
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in closet, king size bed and double doors to the upper terrace which has a limited view of the ocean.
The second bedroom has 2 double beds and double doors open to the upper terrace.
The third bedroom is facing the quiet residential street and has a queen size bed.
The living room is a relaxing area with a large T.V. and view to the golf course through double doors that open to the upper terrace.
