WELCOME TO VILLA PARADISO. This luxurious fully staffed Villa is situated in Mammee Bay Estate, Ocho Rios and boasts a glistening white sand beach with 150 foot frontage.
The Villa can be rented in a five bedroom or seven bedroom configuration which would include the two bedroom cottage just steps away from the main house on the property.
The Villa is only 10 minutes drive from Ocho Rios and the Dunn’s River Falls and Dolphins Cove.
You enter the delightful Villa through a spacious foyer which leads into the large elegantly furnished living room with a 45 foot vaulted ceiling. The living room opens through French doors onto a 63 foot covered verandah. Off the living room is a beautifully furnished formal dining room with colonial mahogany furniture. The spacious and well equipped kitchen, presided over by Leila, the cook, is adjacent to the dining room.
Upstairs is a very comfortable family room with desk, computer, TV and CD, couches and a small library.
The self contained cottage has two bedrooms, a bathroom, sitting room and small kitchen.
For those who want to keep fit there is an air-conditioned Gym with a treadmill, stationary bicycle, weights, exercise ball and table tennis.
A separate games room building, adjacent to the pool terrace contains a TV, CD, Nintendo Games Box, computer and air hockey table and is ideal for the younger guests to play.

Rental Notes
- A special feature of this beautiful Villa is that the rental rate includes the transfer from and to the Montego Bay airport as well as the use of a bus and our Villa Paradiso driver, 8 hours per day during the period of the rental.
- One complementary tank of gas is offered and guests are required to pay for any additional gas used.
- Guests are welcome to utilize the water sports at the nearby Riu Hotel.
- The staff includes Housekeeper (Antonette), Cook (Leila), Houseman (Jermaine), Laundress/chambermaid (Judith), Gardener (Michael) and security guard (6.00pm to 6.00 am).
