Rate Notes
- Security Deposit: $2000
- Owner’s Villa is available for an additional $6,500 per week year-round. Minimum rental of 1-3 villas is required for rental of the Owner`s Villa.
- The Christmas/New Year Holiday weeks are a flat rate of $38,000 per week with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Rate does not include Owner’s Villa, which is an additional $6,500 per week.
- Add 9% government tax on the villa rental, food & beverage and special event costs plus 16/5% on car and driver rates.
- GRATUITIES (PREPAYMENT REQUIRED) 10% of rental in High Season; 15% of rental rate in Low Season.
- Extra guests over 6 months of age in any room attract a per person per night surcharge.
- A 2-week minimum stay is required for holiday reservations. This can be waived for a client who wants only Christmas Week and will depart no later than December 29. CHRISTMAS WEEK is defined as Dec 20-27, Dec 21-28 or Dec 22-29. NEW YEAR WEEK is defined as Dec 27-Jan 3, Dec 28-Jan 4 or Dec 29-Jan 5

Description
Silent Waters is one of the newest and most glamorous private homes in the Caribbean. Located on one of the highest mountaintops overlooking Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea, the site consists of 18 acres. Twelve buildings, helicopter pad and tennis court occupy four acres. Five villa suites accommodate as many as 18 guests. Addition of the owner’s private villa enables 20 guests.
MAIN PAVILION
100 feet of sliding glass doors disappear into pocket walls to open the central Pavilion to a breathtaking panorama of sea, sky and mountains. The Pavilion opens to a marble terrace, infinity-edge swimming pool and sunning area. The Pavilion also includes a DVD, 42 inch Sony Plasma television, home theater and 200-disk programmable surround sound music system with iPOD docking station. A special feature here is the
Yamaha Disklavier DC2 II XG 5’8” baby grand piano. This is the system composers and recording artists use to write and record. Recording and composing software are available in the adjacent computer. A Windows XP computer and wireless internet is available to guests.
DINING AND ENTERTAINING From his state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and grill, the Head Chef creates a repertoire of artistically presented Continental, Nouveau and Caribbean cuisine. Reached by stone stepping pods, the dining pavilion is located in a wrap-around reflecting pool and has a 330-degree view of Montego Bay and the sea as well as the beautiful grounds. Seated dinners here can accommodate 14 guests. For more casual dining, the Gazebo (also in the reflecting pool) commands a 360-degree view and can accommodate nine guests for seated meals.
A spacious bar and entertainment area around the pool enable hosting of an intimate cocktail party ... seated dinner for 50 guests ... or a gala al fresco cocktail party for 100 guests or more. Event costs vary depending on menu and guest count.
THE VILLA SUITES Guest rooms consist of 5 individual detached villa suites, each under separate roof, which accommodate a total of 18 guests. Each villa suite includes:

OWNER`S PRIVATE VILLA ($8,900 per week plus minimum 3-villa suite rate ~ occupancy 2 adults) Separate entrance and heavily landscaped - very private. Full kitchen. Meals served by staff from main house. All rooms air-conditioned and most rooms with ceiling fans.
Living Room / Dining Area Entrance hall opening to waterfall and surrounded by pond stocked with Koi fish. Spacious room with dramatic view of Montego Bay and Caribbean Sea. 32" Sony television, VCR and DVD. 19-speaker sound system to living room, bedroom, bathroom and pool. Music library.
Master Bedroom Spacious room with Kingsize bed, 32" Sony television, VCR and DVD, Bathroom with 2 granite vanities, bidet, large indoor-outdoor glass and marble double shower with his-and-hers shower heads and open to private pool (Infinity edge pool wraps around bedroom and bathroom.)
FITNESS AND RECREATION
The excellent private tennis court is constructed of DecaTurf. and is lit for night play. The viewing stand has comfortable seating and a granite wet bar and fridge. Guests are invited to use the Playmate Ace Plus Pro with Direction Ball Machine and Playmate Alumalift Pro Ball Serving Machine.
Complimentary equipment includes: computerized treadmill, bicycle, rowing machine and Total Gym located on the poolside terrace (with sound system and sea view for inspiration) 5 single-seat and 2 double-seat Scupper Pro Ocean Kayaks for snorkeling or diving in the Bay snorkeling equipment, 7 professional massage tables ~ various technique masseuses and aestheticians for hire one day in advance.
HELIPORT Capable of accepting 8-seat Jet Ranger, located at the highest point overlooking the property. Multi-directional take-off and landing is available. The heliport is equipped with lighted windsock and lights for night landings.
ELECTRICITY 110 volt, 50 cycles (converters not needed for US-made appliances)
SPECIAL EVENTS One-day special events, such as weddings, with no villa rental are welcomed at Silent Waters Villa when dates are available, but are limited to Saturday or Sunday. All special events are subject to a $2,500 location fee. This fee is waived for guests satisfying a minimum $14,000 Low Season / $19,000 High Season rental requirement. A set-up fee of $12 per person ($600 minimum) for the use of linens, tables, chairs and serving stations will apply.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE:
Gourmet meals are served which include breakfast, lunch, pre-dinner hors d’oeuvres and dinner and are prepared exclusively for Silent Waters Guests.

In lieu of lunch at the villa, boxed lunches can be provided for day trips. Wine, liquor, soft drinks, bottled water, and fresh fruit from the bar are additional and are billed locally. Additional charges apply for cocktail parties and other guest-hosted events.
