Description
Caribbean Fairways is a spacious deluxe villa superbly located overlooking the first fairway of the 18-hole Half Moon Robert Trent Jones golf course. A special treat during your week here will be Patrick's lobster thermidor and ribs!

Rooms open onto a wonderful 68' verandah where guests can gaze beyond the private pool to the magnificent 120-degree panorama of manicured grounds, golf course, sea and sky. From the newly-renovated kitchen, fabulous home-cooked meals are prepared and served by candlelight on the long verandah or inside dining area. The living room has a 27" television. Caribbean Fairways is the only villa in our collection with an air-conditioned indoor dining area and living room.

Quiet remote control air conditioners cool all the rooms. Distinctive at this villa, however, are the refreshing and cooling tradewinds. Most often, air conditioning is not needed.

The new world-class Ritz Carlton Hotel with superb shops and restaurants is five minutes away. Colorful Montego Bay and the "hip strip" are 15 minutes away. Half Moon ~ with private beach, tennis, fitness center, water sports, food and beverage, and dolphin lagoon ~ is just five minutes downhill from the villa.

A 2-week minimum stay is required for holiday reservations. This can be waived for a client who wants only Christmas Week and will depart no later than December 29. CHRISTMAS WEEK is defined as Dec 20-27, Dec 21-28 or Dec 22-29. NEW YEAR'S WEEK is defined as Dec 27-Jan 3, Dec 28-Jan 4 or Dec 29-Jan 5

Rental Notes

Complimentary membership at Jamaica's famous Doctor's Cave Beach Club, a 12 minute drive from the villa. Membership includes access to the showers and changing rooms, gym, bar, games room, steam and sauna, and the beach with offshore reef for snorkeling. Membership also includes use of the Club House with television, pool table and lounge.
