Fairway Manor is a 5,600-square-foot 2-storyprivate home overlooking the famous Half Moon 18-hole Robert Trent Jones golf course and the sea.
In the fall of 2008, the new owner upgraded the villa with new furniture, new bedding, tile, paint, powder room and televisions throughout … as well as a new inside staircase and enlargement of two of the downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms.
Fairway Manor’s rooms open onto verandahs and balconies where the sweeping 120-degree view of luxuriant gardens, golf course, sea and sky is truly breathtaking. Five bedrooms are downstairs on the main pool level. The spacious second floor has two more air-conditioned bedrooms, large living room, a separate entrance and a long covered balcony with a breathtaking ocean view. A new interior stairway connects the upstairs and downstairs. Delicious meals are prepared by the cook and served in the inside dining area or on the candlelit poolside verandah.
In addition to the championship Half Moon golf course, five minutes away are the world-class Cinnamon Hill and challenging White Witch golf courses. Equally near is the Ritz Carlton with superb shops and restaurants. Just minutes down the hill is the lively Half Moon Shopping Village with designer shops, English pub, bars, restaurants and medical facility. Colorful Montego Bay, Doctor’s Cave Beach Club and the “hip strip” are just 14 minutes away.

- A 2-week minimum stay is required for holiday reservations. This can be waived for a client who wants only Christmas Week and will depart no later than December 29. CHRISTMAS WEEK is defined as Dec 20-27, Dec 21-28 or Dec 22-29. NEW YEAR'S WEEK is defined as Dec 27-Jan 3, Dec 28-Jan 4 or Dec 29-Jan 5

Rental Notes
- Complimentary membership at Jamaica's famous Doctor's Cave Beach Club, a 12 minute drive from the villa. Membership includes access to the showers and changing rooms, gym, bar, games room, steam and sauna, and the beach with offshore reef for snorkeling. Membership also includes use of the Club House with television, pool table and lounge.
