Description
As you climb up the winding way leading to Bella Vista it's hard to keep your eyes on the road. The panorama expands as you rise above the beaches and coral reefs, looking endlessly to the horizon. The fleet of the St. Croix Yacht Club bob at anchor in the turquoise water of Teague Bay below as Red-tailed Hawks soar on the tropical trade winds across your view. Once inside you will find a spacious, warmly furnished and fully equipped villa with 3 bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom and a fourth bathroom in the pool house.
The large, tranquil and very private pool area is carved from the hillside, surrounded by lush foliage. Bella Vista is located on the east end of St. Croix close to Point Udall (The Easternmost Point of the United States), and to the restaurants of Villa Madeline and Duggan's Reef where restaurateur Frank Duggan, a Boston native, offers preferred parking for Celtic and Red Sox fans. Bella Vista is a 3 bedroom, 4 bath hillside villa overlooking the Reef Golf Course, Yacht Club and East. Always a wonderful breeze. Covered galleries face the sea and pool, with bedrooms on the lower level.
