Beyond the electronic driveway gate and lush landscaping, the azure gem known as Great Turtle Villa awaits your arrival.
Inside the great room, the dining area comfortably seats eight. Opposing sets of screened mahogany french doors bring the outside into the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a granite topped island with stools for kitchen helpers.
Adjacent to the kitchen through mahogany screened doors, the grill stands ready for duty. The Bordeaux Mountain ridgeline provides a scenic backdrop while grilling.
Back inside, comfortable lounge seating is provided for enjoying movie nights in front of the TV, or a quiet area for reading. The entertainment center is conveniently located in a gorgeous armoire. If sofas are more your style, you'll love this comfortable overstuffed couch. A half bath around the corner completes the main living area.
Styled for Caribbean Living, cushioned rattan rocking chairs on the deck provide a perfect spot to linger and enjoy panoramic down-island views. Below, the pool area on the lower deck opens out to Coral Bay and the Caribbean Sea beyond.
The upper deck spans the entire property across the pool area and to the separate bedroom wing where the master bedroom suite is located. The air conditioning that's provided is rarely needed in this airy bedroom suite. Door curtains on swing rods filter light when you want it. A king sized bed and large bathroom complete the picture.
Nearby stairs lead down to the pool level where gates swing closed for pool safety. The decking on both levels is a high-tech composite product using no screws or nails to stub toes!
The second bedroom suite is located poolside, directly below the master bedroom suite. A huge rock garden adds to the feeling of privacy. This bedroom boasts a queen sized bed and a similar layout to the bedroom suite above. Like all the bedrooms, air conditioning is provided for those rare times you'll want it.
Beyond the pool, a large covered deck provides shade and also is the location for the other two bedroom suites. The pool specs are 16' x 16' x 5' deep.
The closest bedroom has two twin beds that can easily be converted to a king bed. The decor is simple yet pleasing, designed for island living. The sqaure footage, closet and bathroom are similar to the others here at Great Turtle villa.
Imagine waking up and taking ten steps from your bedroom door to enjoy a dip in the pool. The ambiance at Great Turtle Villa will steal your heart from the first moment you arrive!
The 4th bedroom has a queen sized bed. The comforters in each bedroom aren't just for show. Occasionally the early morning hours can feel chilly at almost 900 feet above sea level. This bedroom suite shares the same spectacular views as all the rest - Coral Bay, the Caribbean Sea beyond, and even Bordeax Mountain. Directly outside the bedroom, an inviting hammock sits ready for quiet afternoon relaxation.
The sun sets over the mountains at Great Turtle Villa, but the sunsets are still spectacular. Once the sun sets, the clouds glow as the countryside moves into evening.
