Casa de Suenos is a 4 bedroom villa majestically perched on the mountain side over looking John’s Folly in Coral Bay, St. John. This newly built home is elegantly furnished with private bedrooms at each corner, upstairs and downstairs. The additional one-bedroom cottage located next to the pool is ideal for an extra guest or couple.
The gourmet kitchen features an island bar where the cook or chef can easily participate in conversation with others. Top of the line new appliances, spacious Corian countertops and beautiful cabinetry will delight your cooking needs.
The sumptuous master suite has its own outdoor access down to the pool. Take in endless views of John's Folly Bay, the East End of St. John and the British Virgin Islands.
All four bedrooms in the main house feature fantastic views, air conditioning and tropical designer furnishings. Each bedroom has a private full bath.
The aerial view from the great room is exhilarating! On a clear day it's possible to see Peter Island, Le Duck, Tortola and more, while listening to sounds of the surf down below. Nestled against the mountain, this stately villa is cooled by tropical breezes.
The great room has beautiful seating, including a dining table that seats 8 and plush living room furniture. Amenities include Cable TV service and Flat Screen TV.
The twin bedroom off the pool deck is private and comfortable. The twin beds can be made into a king-size bed.
The other bedroom off the pool deck has a queen futon sofa bed. This bedroom, when not in use, is ideal for lounging near the pool area.
The tall, arched windows in the great room allow you to see the expanse of ocean and sky surrounding this island paradise.
The spacious, one-bedroom guest cottage is located right next to the main house. Like the main house, the guest cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, bedroom A/C, half bath upstairs, private deck and the same breath-taking views. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom and full bath on the lower floor.
The guest cottage has beautiful furnishings and fantastic ocean views.
Wake up to views of Norman Island, Le Duck and beyond in the comfortable bedroom of the guest cottage.
