Privacy, solitude, cool breezes and pristine views are insured thanks to the protection afforded by the Park - there are no other homes visible within 100 acres of land.

Views include Tortola, Leinster Bay, Waterlemon Cay, the open ocean, and the lush green hills and valleys of the Park. The home is sited 830 ft. above sea level and is oriented to the northeast to take advantage of cooling trade wind breezes. The villa incorporates time tested West Indian style and methods, updated with modern finishes and conveniences.
