Description
The natural beauty of St. Lucia can be experienced in the comfort of La Colline. The property is situated in one acre of mature garden on an elevated, but flat site with stunning sea views down the east coast of the island and including the nearby Pigeon National Park. From the gazebo guests can see Anse du Cap beach, which is within walking distance. La Colline provides the perfect location for that special occasion, family reunion or quiet “get away from it all” holiday. 
The main house has two air conditioned double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. The windows of all the bedrooms are screened and there are also ceiling fans. Bedroom 1 has a small patio overlooking the swimming pool. Each bedroom has two single beds which can be converted to one kingsize bed. 
There is a comfortable sitting /dining room equipped with cablevision TV and a stereo and an adjacent kitchen with all the modern amenities. The entire length of the sitting / dining room opens through French doors onto a covered patio offering panoramic views of Cap Estate and the Caribbean Sea. The patio provides the ideal space for you to enjoy your tropical holiday with facilities for out door living, relaxing and al fresco dining. Adjoining the patio is the swimming pool. 
A one bedroom cottage provides guests with privacy and solitude away from the main house. The cottage has one air conditioned double bedroom with a shower room. There is a small patio off the bedroom and a much larger one accessible from the sitting room. The sitting room is equipped with a TV, desk and small fridge. 
Across the manicured lawn and at the edge of the property is perched a small gazebo from which the views are at their most dramatic and which is ideal for enjoying a “sundowner” and providing a change of relaxing venue during the day. 
A separate staff cottage with laundry room and bathroom completes this property. Walking distance to Anse du Cap beach and Le Sport Hotel with its speciality Tao Restaurant and spa facilities. Short drive to Cap Golf and Country Club - an 18 hole championship golf course.

  • Bookings of 21 nights or longer have a 10% reduction on all villa rates.
  • Rentals over Jazz Festival require a 5 night minimum and are subject to a 10% supplement.
  • Christmas / New Year / Jazz and any other special events : No Tiered Rates Available.
  • Christmas 10 to 14 night minimum depending on dates and villa.
  • A supplement is applicable on Christmas/New Years and all other special events /periods:
  • Jazz 2010 ­ May 2nd ­ 9th
  • Cricket 2010 ­ May 1st
  • Cricket 2010 ­ May 10th ­ 14th
  • 10% supplement applicable on all special events and a minimum of 5 nights required for any reservations that include any of these dates
  • VAT tax will be applicable from as early as April 2010. The exact amount is not known yet but please be advised that this may apply to all bookings April 1st 2010 accordingly.

  • Weekly rate is equal to seven times the nightly rate unless noted above.
