Description
A Caribbean villa designed to provide a modern, cool and comfortable ambiance for a tropical vacation. The main living areas have all been positioned to enjoy the spectacular sea views of the Caribbean Sea, Pigeon Island National Park and the Anse du Cap beach. The latter is about a 10 minute walk away. You enter the villa into a large open plan living space – consisting of an air conditioned living room, furnished with comfortable bamboo type furniture, TV, DVD and stereo. This flows into the air conditioned dining room with a wine cave and dining table for 8 persons and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. Immediately adjacent is a well equipped, air conditioned modern kitchen, (with microwave, fridge/freezer, separate freezer, stove, dishwasher) and laundry room. There is a small powder room off the entrance hallway. All the living areas open through French doors onto a patio, which runs the entire length of the front of the house. This patio is furnished with easy chairs where guests can enjoy the views and a dining suite for alfresco dining. There is also a bar equipped with stools, a bar sink and small fridge. From the patio you walk a few steps down onto a large pool deck with a swimming pool and situated down a few more stairs is a recreational area with a wet bar, fridge and barbeque. This adjoins a self contained apartment with a kitchen/living area and a separate air conditioned bedroom with a double bed with TV and a separate shower room. Upstairs there are three air conditioned bedrooms. There are two identical master bedrooms both of which open onto a private patio. They are both furnished with a kingsize bed, TV, spacious dressing table and desk areas and an ensuite bathroom with a bath, shower and a hairdryer. The third bedroom also has a kingsize bed, a ceiling fan, spacious dressing table areas and an ensuite shower room. Anse du Cap beach and Le Sport Hotel with its speciality Tao restaurant and spa facilities is a short walk away. Also on Cap Estate is an 18 hole championship golf course.

- Bookings of 21 nights or longer have a 10% reduction on all villa rates.
- Rentals over Jazz Festival require a 5 night minimum and are subject to a 10% supplement.

- Christmas 10 to 14 night minimum depending on dates and villa.
- A supplement is applicable on Christmas/New Years and all other special events /periods:

- 10% supplement applicable on all special events and a minimum of 5 nights required for any reservations that include any of these dates
