Description
A spacious, luxurious villa situated in a gently sloping garden overlooking the Caribbean Sea and within a short walk of Anse du Cap Beach. The property consists of a four bedroom main house and a two bedroom guest cottage. The entrance to the main house is through a hallway, tiled, as is the rest of the house, with unusual marble tiles specially imported from Turkey. The hallway leads into a large open plan living/dining and kitchen. There is a sectional sofa in the living room with a 65 inch screen TV with surround sound and DVD and CD players. Access to the DVD library is available to house guests. The main house is centrally air conditioned with optional ceiling fans. The dining area can seat 8 persons and the adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, oven, wine chiller and Subzero refrigerator. Guests can enjoy the view and the cool tropical breezes from the roomy patio which is situated off the dining room and above the pool area. This patio is equipped with comfortable chairs for relaxing and also with a table where up to 8 persons can enjoy al fresco dining. There are three bedrooms downstairs – each is fully air conditioned and equipped with a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two of these bedrooms have a private patio. The master bedroom is situated upstairs and guests can enjoy a sea view from their private patio. This bedroom is equipped with a TV and DVD player and a kingsize bed. There is a spacious walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bath, where guests can enjoy the view from the windows surrounding the Jacuzzi bath. The cottage is a short walk from the main house. You enter the cottage through a patio and into two separate air conditioned bedrooms with queen size beds and ensuite shower rooms. The attractive pool area has a wide pool deck equipped with loungers for sun worshippers and a charming thatched roof provides shade for the bar area which is equipped with a fridge and ice maker. The 31 foot pool boasts a swim up bar with bar stools and a spa pool, situated at a higher level, overflows into the pool. Guests at Beau Rivage are provided with two day passes to the gym and exercise classes at Le Sport Hotel, situated a few minutes walk away from the house.

Rate Notes
- Security Deposit: On-Island
- Bookings of 21 nights or longer have a 10% reduction on all villa rates.
- Rentals over Jazz Festival require a 5 night minimum and are subject to a 10% supplement.
- Christmas / New Year / Jazz and any other special events : No Tiered Rates Available.
- Christmas 10 to 14 night minimum depending on dates and villa.
- A supplement is applicable on Christmas/New Years and all other special events /periods:
- Jazz 2010 May 2nd 9th
- Cricket 2010 May 1st
- Cricket 2010 May 10th 14th
- 10% supplement applicable on all special events and a minimum of 5 nights required for any reservations that include any of these dates
- VAT tax will be applicable from as early as April 2010. The exact amount is not known yet but please be advised that this may apply to all bookings April 1st 2010 accordingly.

Rental Notes
- Air conditioning is in the bedrooms only; central a/c can be made available upon request for an additional fee.
- A resident general maintenance / watchman lives in separate quarters at the back of the house.
- Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
