Description
An attractive property built in a Colorado “log cabin” style with a Caribbean flavour. The villa is located on a hillside of Becune Point, Cap Estate and enjoys constant breeze and lovely views of Cap Estate, the Martinique Channel and the French island of Martinique in the distance.
The Anse Becune sandy beach is a few minutes walk away from Villa Gina. There is an attractive pool area with loungers for your relaxation.
You enter the villa into a large living area with a high vaulted ceiling and a spectacular view of the sea, Cap Estate and the nearby beach. The living area is a spacious 800 square feet with a comfortable living area with large sofas and chairs, a separate dining area and a modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer with an ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, large cooker and dishwasher.
There is a mezzanine floor with a spacious TV area fully equipped with cablevision TV, DVD and video players and cassette and CD stereo.
Three are three bedrooms – both the end suites enjoy spectacular views and open onto the patio. Bedroom I is spacious and has a California king size bed. It has an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a unique indoor/outdoor garden rain shower. There is plenty of cupboard space with his and hers cupboard areas.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, walk in closet and an ensuite shower room. This room also enjoys a wonderful view and direct access to the patio. Bedroom 3 also has a queen size bed, a walk in closet, a standing fan and ensuite shower room. All the bedrooms have an alarm clock radio.
There is a separate laundry room for the housekeeper with a washer and dryer. The access road to the villa is rough in some areas so jeep rental is recommended.

Rental Notes
- Minimum two weeks rental for Christmas/New Year period. During Christmas and New Year all villa rates are subject to 10% supplement.
- Annual Jazz Festival: 5 nights minimum stay and add 10% supplement.
- Please note that Villa Gina is better suited for couples and is not recommended for families with young children under 12 years of age. Families with kids under twelve years old can stay at the villa as long as they willing to sign a waiver. Our housekeeper is not a trained nanny
