Available from mid November 2003, Sunrise Loft is a charming and unique two bedroom apartment. The villa’s fourth wall, comprised entirely of glass affords each room an all encompassing view of the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Rodney Bay Marina, which when alight at night is simply spectacular.
Although located beneath Sunset Villa, the Loft has complete privacy and even has its own access road and garage. There are two spacious and air conditioned bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms. There is an open plan kitchen which flows into the dining room which provides an amazing dining experience, as one gazes out the glass entrance which runs along the entire front of the Loft. The sitting/TV room which is located in the central area along with dining room shares this cosy and unique environment which comprises the Loft. Outside the central area is the plunge pool and decking area, ideal for sunbathing or evening dining.
You will love the complete intimacy and tranquility which surrounds this villa, yet it is a minute’s drive from all the services and amenities (beaches, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and activities such as sailing, diving, water sports, golfing and horseback riding).
Sunrise Loft can be rented separately or in combination with the main house Sunrise Sunset, offering four bedrooms in total.
Rate for Sunrise Loft includes housekeeping service three half days weekly and all applicable taxes.

Rate Notes
- Security Deposit: On-Island
- Bookings of 21 nights or longer have a 10% reduction on all villa rates.
- Rentals over Jazz Festival require a 5 night minimum and are subject to a 10% supplement.
- Christmas / New Year / Jazz and any other special events : No Tiered Rates Available.
- Christmas 10 to 14 night minimum depending on dates and villa.
- A supplement is applicable on Christmas/New Years and all other special events /periods:
- Jazz 2010 May 2nd 9th
- Cricket 2010 May 1st
- Cricket 2010 May 10th 14th
- 10% supplement applicable on all special events and a minimum of 5 nights required for any reservations that include any of these dates
- VAT tax will be applicable from as early as April 2010. The exact amount is not known yet but please be advised that this may apply to all bookings April 1st 2010 accordingly.

Rental Notes
- Access road is rough; rental of 4 wheel drive vehicle recommended.
- Please note that the housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
