A typically Caribbean home built on top a mountain. From the large balcony overlooking the pool, you have an incomparable view over the island. The 360 degrees view grants you incredible sites, from sunrises over the Atlantic, Martinique to the north, the magnificent mountains of St. Lucia to the south and sunsets over the Rodney Bay Marina at the horizon of the Caribbean Sea. As the day goes by, you only have to move your chair a few times to watch this natural spectacle.
This two bedroom villa provides everything you need to enjoy a comfortable vacation. One bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd has a four poster queen size bed. Both bedroom have air conditioning and ceiling fans. They both have ensuite shower room containing two separate vanity units for your convenience. From the bedrooms you can see the Atlantic Ocean and eastern hillside, with the master bedroom giving access to a balcony that better enables you to capture this breathtaking view. Special attention has been given to the décor and furnishings of this newly built villa to provide you with a cozy and unique environment. The sitting room flows into the cheerful kitchen; this central area of the home is surrounded by large, glace doors and wooden louver windows, to allow in as much light and breeze as possible. The patio is where you will dine on evenings and enjoy the Caribbean Sea. The villa also features a DVD/CD player.
You will love the complete intimacy and peace of mind in this tropical haven yet all services (banks, supermarkets, restaurants, shops and all activities such as sailing, diving, horseback riding, golfing and beaches) are within five minutes drive away.
Sunset can be rented separately, or in combination with the cottage, Sunrise, which is also on property and the two offer four bedrooms in total.

Rate Notes
- Security Deposit: On-Island
- Bookings of 21 nights or longer have a 10% reduction on all villa rates.
- Rentals over Jazz Festival require a 5 night minimum and are subject to a 10% supplement.
- Christmas / New Year / Jazz and any other special events : No Tiered Rates Available.
- Christmas 10 to 14 night minimum depending on dates and villa.
- A supplement is applicable on Christmas/New Years and all other special events /periods:
- Jazz 2010 May 2nd 9th
- Cricket 2010 May 1st
- Cricket 2010 May 10th 14th
- 10% supplement applicable on all special events and a minimum of 5 nights required for any reservations that include any of these dates
- VAT tax will be applicable from as early as April 2010. The exact amount is not known yet but please be advised that this may apply to all bookings April 1st 2010 accordingly.

- Access road is rough; rental of 4 wheel drive vehicle recommended.
- Please note that the housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
