Description
Admiral’s Quay #5 is situated in the townhouse development of Admirals Quay, which is situated in Rodney Bay within easy walking distance of Reduit Beach, the JQ Shopping Mall and the many restaurants of Rodney Bay.

Admiral’s Quay #5 has a spacious sitting /dining room with stereo and cablevision TV. The room is cooled by ceiling fans and it opens out through French doors onto a patio. The view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its boat traffic of luxury yachts and smaller craft. There is a well equipped kitchen and laundry room and a small powder room.

Upstairs there are two air conditioned double bedrooms. Bedroom I has a double bed and ensuite shower room and bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 has one single bed and is cooled by a standing fan. There is an additional shower room that is shared by bedrooms 1 and 2.

Admiral’s Quay is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a large swimming pool.

Bookings of 21 nights or longer have a 10% reduction on all villa rates.
Rentals over Jazz Festival require a 5 night minimum and are subject to a 10% supplement.
Christmas / New Year / Jazz and any other special events : No Tiered Rates Available.
Christmas 10 to 14 night minimum depending on dates and villa.
A supplement is applicable on Christmas/New Years and all other special events /periods:

10% supplement applicable on all special events and a minimum of 5 nights required for any reservations that include any of these dates
