Villa Bella Vista is the vacation home of an American family from Atlanta, Georgia. The family has vacationed all over the Caribbean but fell in love with St. Lucia. They have made Bella Vista a comfortable island retreat for themselves and welcome others who are looking for the same .
Bella Vista has tthree similar-sized bedrooms with air conditioning and private bathrooms hree similar-sized bedrooms with air conditioning and private bathrooms (2 with showers, 1 with tub). The main living areas are cooled with the help of gentle breezes and ceiling fans. Rattan and wicker furnishings throughout the house add to the tropical ambiance.
Bella Vista is a great place to get away from it all. The 6 person Jacuzzi and (18' x 10') pool, the covered outside decks, and the peaceful views come at no additional cost. It is equipped with Cable TV, a DVD/CD player, a stereo system and a gas grill for added enjoyment.
Bella Vista is located in the internationally known development of Cap Estate, home of the St. Lucia Golf and Country Club, currently the only 18 hole golf course on the island. It enjoys gorgeous views of the Caribbean Sea and the landmark Pigeon Point, one of the main venues during the annual St. Lucia Jazz festival. At night, the lights of Gros Islet sparkle and dance before your eyes. Located nearby are resorts and spas to make your trip as relaxing or active as you want it to be. Within a 4 mile radius there are beaches including the popular Reduit Beach in Rodney Bay, restaurants and a variety of shops, some 'duty free'.

- Security Deposit: On-Island
- Bookings of 21 nights or longer have a 10% reduction on all villa rates.
- Rentals over Jazz Festival require a 5 night minimum and are subject to a 10% supplement.
- Christmas / New Year / Jazz and any other special events : No Tiered Rates Available.
- Christmas 10 to 14 night minimum depending on dates and villa.
- A supplement is applicable on Christmas/New Years and all other special events /periods:
- Jazz 2010 May 2nd 9th
- Cricket 2010 May 1st
- Cricket 2010 May 10th 14th
- 10% supplement applicable on all special events and a minimum of 5 nights required for any reservations that include any of these dates
- VAT tax will be applicable from as early as April 2010. The exact amount is not known yet but please be advised that this may apply to all bookings April 1st 2010 accordingly.
