The arched and gated entry into this very special hill top villa only hints at the wonderful gardens and glorious views beyond.
The property has been recently renovated and refurbished by the new owners with a cool white Caribbean theme with splashes of bright colours. Located on a breezy hilltop, you will find dramatic views of both the Atlantic Ocean over to Cas En Bas Bay and the Caribbean Sea toward Pigeon Point National Park.
The Master bedroom (with kingsize bed) is on the second floor and enjoys spectacular views through its large picture window. It is air-conditioned with an en suite bathroom. A spacious terrace, which adjoins this bedroom, has an outdoor shower.
Two additional air-conditioned bedrooms (each with two single beds that can be converted into on kingsize bed) with en suite bathrooms are located on the lowest level of the house with views out to sea. Each of these bedrooms has a private terrace.
A small fourth bedroom (not air conditioned) with a single bed and an adjoining bathroom is located off the kitchen wing. It is suitable for a single person or a child.
There is a spacious open plan sitting room with cable vision TV and a music centre. This room leads into a dining area, an east facing patio and a large kitchen, equipped with every amenity.
An additional outdoor dining terrace, adjoining the pool, is oriented to the sunset view. The full size pool is edged with sea stones and the adjacent large wooden sun deck has a Caribbean view and chaises for sunning.
You are just a five minute drive to beaches and the new 18 hole golf course.

Rate Notes
- Security Deposit: On-Island
- Bookings of 21 nights or longer have a 10% reduction on all villa rates.
- Rentals over Jazz Festival require a 5 night minimum and are subject to a 10% supplement.
- Christmas / New Year / Jazz and any other special events : No Tiered Rates Available.
- Christmas 10 to 14 night minimum depending on dates and villa.
- A supplement is applicable on Christmas/New Years and all other special events /periods:
- Jazz 2010 May 2nd 9th
- Cricket 2010 May 1st
- Cricket 2010 May 10th 14th
- 10% supplement applicable on all special events and a minimum of 5 nights required for any reservations that include any of these dates
- VAT tax will be applicable from as early as April 2010. The exact amount is not known yet but please be advised that this may apply to all bookings April 1st 2010 accordingly.
