Description
A Spanish style villa situated on an elevated site with views of the Atlantic and Caribbean Seas. The house is situated in an acre of garden with gently sloping lawn.

There are 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms with ceiling fans and two bathrooms built around an interior courtyard. Each bedroom has its own private patio facing the Atlantic coastline and enjoying the cooling Atlantic breezes. A sitting room, dining room, kitchen and laundry. There is a full-sized swimming pool and both open-air and covered terraces. There is a television complete with Cable Vision and a DVD player.

Bookings of 21 nights or longer have a 10% reduction on all villa rates.
Rentals over Jazz Festival require a 5 night minimum and are subject to a 10% supplement.
Christmas / New Year / Jazz and any other special events : No Tiered Rates Available.
Christmas 10 to 14 night minimum depending on dates and villa.
A supplement is applicable on Christmas/New Years and all other special events /periods:
Jazz 2010 May 2nd 9th
Cricket 2010 May 1st
Cricket 2010 May 10th 14th
10% supplement applicable on all special events and a minimum of 5 nights required for any reservations that include any of these dates
VAT tax will be applicable from as early as April 2010. The exact amount is not known yet but please be advised that this may apply to all bookings April 1st 2010 accordingly.

Rental includes free green fees at St. Lucia Golf & Country Club for 2 persons staying at this villa per day. Free green fees apply to all bookings for the year 2007 only.
Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
