Nestled seductively in the Morne Flambeau hills in the northern part of St. Lucia is a tropical paradise aptly named the Cinnamon Beach Villa. A perfect sanctuary of peace and tranquility, where you can be at one with the natural beauty of this idyllic island.
The villa exudes a relaxing open-air lifestyle concept captured by an authentic combination of Mediterranean and Caribbean architecture; decorated with a distinctive eye and personal touch which exudes the atmosphere of a prized island home. It is an architectural jewel to many. The cool interior, with its tasteful décor and furnishings, creates an ambience of airy openness, so that you feel free and unhampered, your senses gently soothed by the soft breeze whistling constantly through the surrounding trees coupled with the sweet sounds of the tropical birds.
A flower garden, part of a half-acre of landscaped gardens, captures a palette of vibrant colours intended to delight the senses. A set of garden steps lead to the pool surrounded by a large sun terrace and the gazebo. The villa is ideally located just minutes away from the softly lapping Caribbean Sea at Trouya Bay where you can swim and snorkel right off the edge of the beach. At nights, the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep.
Built on split levels along the contours of the hill, the first level consists of a fully serviced kitchen, laundry room, living room, and an inviting expanse of decking built of tropical hard wood which measures approximately 15ft wide by 40ft long. The Villa is furnished island style, using native wood and handcrafted furniture. There, one can absorb the breathtaking sunsets, view the Vigie peninsula, the surrounding vegetation, or simply enjoy the sights and sounds of the Caribbean Sea.
The second level contains three bedrooms - including the master bedroom with its private deck, leading to a roof-top sun terrace; a four poster king size bed and a unique ensuite bathroom, which includes a jacuzzi. The rooms are painted in sunset colours, with a faux finish that seduces the senses. The other two bedrooms off the master each contain a queen size bed and are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning and share a bathroom.
Cinnamon Beach Villa is within walking distance of the exciting Windjammer resort featuring four restaurants, bars, sailing, snorkeling and scuba diving, all available for general use. The villa is also only eight minutes drive to Rodney Bay with a huge selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets, and 12 minutes to an excellent 18 hole golf course.

- Bookings of 21 nights or longer have a 10% reduction on all villa rates.
- Rentals over Jazz Festival require a 5 night minimum and are subject to a 10% supplement.

- Christmas 10 to 14 night minimum depending on dates and villa.
- A supplement is applicable on Christmas/New Years and all other special events /periods:

- 10% supplement applicable on all special events and a minimum of 5 nights required for any reservations that include any of these dates
