# 17 The Harbour is situated in the townhouse development of The Harbour, located in Rodney Bay within easy walking distance of Reduit Beach, the JQ's Shopping Mall and the many restaurants, bars and nightclubs of Rodney Bay.
This townhouse has a spacious ground floor which comprises the open plan kitchen, dining, living room and open air patio. The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for 6 and this opens out onto the spacious living room. This room comes equipped with cablevision TV and DVD. The room is cooled by central airconditioning and it opens out through French doors onto an oceanfront patio. The view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its beautiful array of luxury yacths and sailboats.
There is a well equipped kitchen and laundry room for your convenience and a small powder room.
On the first floor there are two air conditioned bedrooms that both have ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom I has a king bed and Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The Master bedroom, located on the second floor has a king bed and boasts a modern and spacious ensuite bathroom.
There is also a mezzanine floor in the master bderoom which can accommodate up to two children on a sofa bed. (additional costs apply)
The Harbour is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a swimming pool and three jacuzzis scattered amidst the lush tropical foliage.

Rate Notes

- Bookings of 21 nights or longer have a 10% reduction on all villa rates.
- Rentals over Jazz Festival require a 5 night minimum and are subject to a 10% supplement.
- Christmas / New Year / Jazz and any other special events : No Tiered Rates Available.
- Christmas 10 to 14 night minimum depending on dates and villa.
- A supplement is applicable on Christmas/New Years and all other special events /periods:

- Cricket 2010 May 1st
- Cricket 2010 May 10th 14th
- 10% supplement applicable on all special events and a minimum of 5 nights required for any reservations that include any of these dates
- VAT tax will be applicable from as early as April 2010. The exact amount is not known yet but please be advised that this may apply to all bookings April 1st 2010 accordingly.
