Description
Saline Reef is the villa with magnificent views. It is situated high above the Caribbean Sea with panoramic views to Pigeon Island National Park and also across the Martinique Channel.
The villa has recently been extensively upgraded and refurbished, it now boasts three air-conditioned bedrooms - each bedroom is furnished with two single beds, which can be interlinked to a king sized option depending on your preference. All bedrooms have en suite shower room.
The Grand Master Bedroom (situated on the Ground Floor) has a private furnished balcony with uninterrupted views to Martinique, a private furnished terrace which enjoys direct access to the pool area and views to the sanctuary of Pigeon Island.
The Master Bedroom (on the upper level) has two private furnished balconies, so that you can wake in the morning and enjoy the crystal blue of the ocean and the exceptional views to Martinique and Pigeon Island. At the end of a relaxing day, sit on one of the balconies and watch the glorious sunset with a cocktail.
There are two beautiful pool areas at the villa, these are linked by a waterfall and enjoy amazing views of the surrounding area. The larger pool is for swimming and the smaller is a shallow pool for relaxing and cooling off.
The villa has an attractive air conditioned sitting room with cable Vision TV and DVD player and radio/CD player. The sitting room leads onto the outside dining area which is open sided with a covered roof and ceiling fan, giving further spectacular views to Pigeon Island; it also gives access to the covered, open patios and pool area.
The separate inside dining area is linked by an open plan kitchen which is also air conditioned and has all the amenities you would expect of a villa of this quality. Filtered drinking water is available within the kitchen facility.
The garden has been professionally landscaped and is maintained to a very high standard.

Rate Notes
- Security Deposit: On-Island
- Bookings of 21 nights or longer have a 10% reduction on all villa rates.
- Rentals over Jazz Festival require a 5 night minimum and are subject to a 10% supplement.
- Christmas / New Year / Jazz and any other special events : No Tiered Rates Available.
- Christmas 10 to 14 night minimum depending on dates and villa.
- A supplement is applicable on Christmas/New Years and all other special events /periods:
- Jazz 2010 May 2nd 9th
- Cricket 2010 May 1st
- Cricket 2010 May 10th 14th
- 10% supplement applicable on all special events and a minimum of 5 nights required for any reservations that include any of these dates
- VAT tax will be applicable from as early as April 2010. The exact amount is not known yet but please be advised that this may apply to all bookings April 1st 2010 accordingly.
