Ashiana offers faboulous panoramic views of Marigot Bay.
This two storey villa has large open air patios upstairs and downstairs to enhance the outdoor living experience. There are 5 spacious bedrooms which are all attractively furnished, air conditioned and with ensuite bathrooms for 3 bedrooms, bedroom 4 and 5 share a bathroom. The open plan ground floor allows for great views from all areas while encouraging a relaxed flow for entertaining and easy conversation.
Further enhancing the experience of the villa is its magnificent infinity pool complete with jacazzui and Barbeque grill.
The kitchen is modern with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Rate Notes

- Bookings of 21 nights or longer have a 10% reduction on all villa rates.
- Rentals over Jazz Festival require a 5 night minimum and are subject to a 10% supplement.
- Christmas / New Year / Jazz and any other special events : No Tiered Rates Available.
- Christmas 10 to 14 night minimum depending on dates and villa.
- A supplement is applicable on Christmas/New Years and all other special events /periods:
- Jazz 2010 May 2nd 9th
- Cricket 2010 May 1st
- Cricket 2010 May 10th 14th
- 10% supplement applicable on all special events and a minimum of 5 nights required for any reservations that include any of these dates
- VAT tax will be applicable from as early as April 2010. The exact amount is not known yet but please be advised that this may apply to all bookings April 1st 2010 accordingly.

Rental Notes
- Cook service available upon request @ US$50 per day - maximum of 6 days a week - she will prepare and serve breakfast and lunch and leave dinner prepared.
- Please note that the housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
