Description
A four bedroom villa on the site of an old French harbour fort, high above the historic Rodney Bay. The villa is situated at Bois D’Orange with an all encompassing sea view, against the backdrop of Pigeon Island, the Causeway from island to mainland, boat traffic on Rodney Bay and the French island of Martinique.
This villa has 4 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own outdoor patio area overlooking the tropical waters of St. Lucia. All four bedrooms are equal in size, three of which have twin beds and the last featuring a king-size four poster bed with a canopy. All have ensuite bathrooms as well as a sitting area where one can curl up and enjoy a good book in comfort or simply relax and enjoy the cool tropical breeze usually blowing through Morne Trulah.
The four bedrooms are at the corners of a roomy, air-conditioned sitting/dining area with cable TV, DVD movies and modern sound system. One can breakfast, lunch or dine on a private patio while gazing out to sea: on a clear night you can frequently see the lights of Martinique. Beyond the house is a lighted swimming pool and comfortable sun deck set amid lawns, tropical garden plants and trees with orchids growing in their branches.
Swimming from the sandy, Bois D’Orange beach, is available after a short walk.
There is a well equipped kitchen with laundry facilities attached for your convenience. An excellent cook and her assistant work at the villa 6 days weekly (the domestic staff work 6 days a week, 8am - 4pm, Monday to Saturday).
The villa is equipped with a burglar alarm system.

- Security Deposit: On-Island
- Bookings of 21 nights or longer have a 10% reduction on all villa rates.
- Rentals over Jazz Festival require a 5 night minimum and are subject to a 10% supplement.
- Christmas / New Year / Jazz and any other special events : No Tiered Rates Available.
- Christmas 10 to 14 night minimum depending on dates and villa.
- A supplement is applicable on Christmas/New Years and all other special events /periods:
- Jazz 2010 May 2nd 9th
- Cricket 2010 May 1st
- Cricket 2010 May 10th 14th
- 10% supplement applicable on all special events and a minimum of 5 nights required for any reservations that include any of these dates
- VAT tax will be applicable from as early as April 2010. The exact amount is not known yet but please be advised that this may apply to all bookings April 1st 2010 accordingly.

- Access road is rough; rental of 4 wheel drive vehicle recommended.
