Description
This villa has air-conditioned bedrooms; sitting room; breakfast room; laundry room. There are two verandas at the front of the villa (upper and lower) as well as a spacious pool deck. At the back, there is a porch leading off the breakfast room.

There are three bedrooms on the upper floor and one suite on the ground floor. The master bedroom (King size bed) has an en suite luxury bathroom with bath and shower as well as a roomy walk in closet. The second bedroom (Queen size bed) shares a bathroom with the third bedroom (twin beds). The guest suite, located on the ground floor consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a sitting room and a shower room. This suite can be accessed both internally from upstairs and from the lower verandah.

The pool is 28 feet by 14 feet and 4 feet 10 inches deep at the deep end.

The villa is well equipped with cable TV and VCR (NTSC). A small selection of videos are available but it is possible to rent videos. In addition there is a stereo CD player and radio.

Two extra beds available at $37.50 each per night.
15% Supplement applicable to Jazz Festival and Thanksgiving.
Bookings of 21 nights or longer have a 10% reduction on all villa rates.
Rentals over Jazz Festival require a 5 night minimum and are subject to a 10% supplement.
Christmas / New Year / Jazz and any other special events : No Tiered Rates Available.
Christmas 10 to 14 night minimum depending on dates and villa.
A supplement is applicable on Christmas/New Years and all other special events /periods:

10% supplement applicable on all special events and a minimum of 5 nights required for any reservations that include any of these dates
