A luxury 6 bedroom villa situated in the residential area of Vigie, within a 5 minute drive of Vigie Beach and 10 minutes drive to Castries and duty free Pointe Seraphine. The villa has been tastefully furnished in a Caribbean/Mexican style and with a beautiful tropical garden and enjoys a spectacular cliff edge situation (fenced and so is safe for small children) with views of the sea, Martinique and Pigeon Point National Park.
You enter the villa through Antique Mexican doors into a courtyard with a fountain, beautiful terra cotta tiles and a lush garden of grape and passion fruit vines.
The top floor consists of the following:-large master bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room, bedroom 11 with ceiling fan and a queen size four poster bed and en suite shower room, a large sitting/dining room with Cablevision TV and CD and cassette stereo, which leads onto a spacious patio enjoying a spectacular sea view. There is also large, well equipped kitchen.
A short walk from the kitchen is a guest cottage consisting of a double bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite shower room.
The lower floor is linked by an interior staircase and consists of bedroom 3 with a queen size four poster bed and en suite shower room, bedroom 4 with 2 single beds, and bedroom 5 with a king size bed. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a shower room.
This leads onto a spacious patios that runs the whole length of the property and into the garden and to the 20’ x 20’ U shaped swimming pool and a small sitting pool with jets. All six bedrooms are air conditioned.

- Bookings of 21 nights or longer have a 10% reduction on all villa rates.
- Rentals over Jazz Festival require a 5 night minimum and are subject to a 10% supplement.
- Christmas / New Year / Jazz and any other special events : No Tiered Rates Available.
- Christmas 10 to 14 night minimum depending on dates and villa.
- A supplement is applicable on Christmas/New Years and all other special events /periods:

- 10% supplement applicable on all special events and a minimum of 5 nights required for any reservations that include any of these dates
