Beach Heaven is a 2 Bedroom, 2 and 1/2 Bath luxury condominium located on Simpson Bay Beach on the Caribbean island of St. Maarten. It is the penthouse (3rd) floor of a three story building called La Siesta. Each floor is one entire unit. The expansive views of the Caribbean, paired with the condo's upscale design and materials, make this a gorgeous getaway from the stresses of life.
Beautifully furnished and outfitted, this is a warm and comfortable home away from home. The golden sand beach and clear aqua waters make an incredibly vivid yet relaxing backdrop. Simpson Bay Beach is a private and secluded beach of 1 and 1/2 miles to wander, sun, swim and enjoy...without the crowds, kids, noise, and commercialism of a tourist resort.
Beach Heaven is a brand new building. Everything is state of the art. Air conditioning, washer and dryer, intercom system all provided. Beach Heaven has two (2) decorator appointed bedrooms, each with a King size bed, cable TV and each with a beautiful bathroom that features a rainfall showerhead. Hairdryers and toiletries are provided. The Master Bedroom has a magnificent Caribbean view and doors out to the large terrace. The main Great Room has a 36" TV, DVD player, VCR, Cable TV. In it is a desk with a High Speed computer connection for use with your laptop. We provide a local cell phone that uses phone cards available anywhere locally. There is a full dining area and a powder room. All rooms have ceiling fans and built in fixtures. There are stereo speakers built into the corners of the Great Room and the Master Bedroom. The full modern kitchen features premium Stainless appliances and granite countertops. There is a coffeemaker, blender, mixer, and other small appliances, as well as cutlery, condiments and all the elements of a completely equipped kitchen. An electric Jumbo George Forman grill is provided for Bar-B-Qing on the outdoor kitchen terrace. The very large and spacious beachside terrace has a dining table and 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and 2 other chairs for lots of seating options and enjoyment of the beach and ocean. There are 4 lightweight portable beach chairs in carrying cases provided for easy carrying down to the beach, as well as a cooler and ice packs for your beverages.
Beach Heaven makes it easy for you to have the time of your life. There is only one problem. You won't want to leave!
