Description
H.6 is a generously proportioned end-of-building, 2,000 square-foot eighth floor contemporary apartment that affords fabulous views on three sides; over the golf course and the lagoon. It features a striking entrance hall, guests' cloakroom, double reception room with bar area, fully equipped kitchen with high-end KitchenAid appliances, a separate laundry room and two external terraces. The light and airy interior is individually furnished and avoids the “designer formula” look with custom-made pieces and great emphasis on rich texture and color. From Le Corbusier to Conran furniture, modern murals and Bose audio visual technology and flat screen televisions, it evokes contrast and comfort at every level. Handpicked antiques and original art help jumble past and present. We feel the bedrooms and bathrooms are very important to our guests and are as much private living rooms as bedrooms, providing a perfect setting in which to totally unwind with a good book, listen to music, watch TV, enjoy a lengthy bath or savor a leisurely shower. On opposite ends of the apartment, one of the two master bedrooms has a queen bed and the other two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed. Both are light and spacious with the amenities of a luxury hotel including plush Euro-Top Marriott Beds with 250-count bed linens. One bedroom has floor to ceiling windows and the other a small terrace. From both the views on this 8th floor apartment across St. Maarten are spectacular. Individually designed in a contemporary style, the bedrooms are fully equipped with all the facilities expected by the modern traveler including; room controlled central air, high speed internet access, flat screen TV with satellite service and DVD players, Bose AM-FM clock radios with CD players and iPod connections (a selection of CDs are placed in the room for your enjoyment), direct dial phones with voice mail and security safes. Through the walk-in dressing areas the en-suite bathrooms have Jacuzzi baths with whimsical rubber ducks, walk-in showers, double basins, vanity mirrors, hairdryers, large bath towels and exclusive bath products. Luxury toweling robes are provided for use during your stay and the slippers and the yellow rubber duck are to take home. H6 has a laundry room with a Whirlpool washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
