Wake up in the morning and walk right out onto the beach at Simpson Bay when you stay at this new 2 bedroom 2 bath condo.

Coco Beach #6 has every amenity for a comfortable stay, including central air, satellite TV, and maid service every day but Sunday.

The Coco Beach complex also has a large swimming pool which is shared by all residents.
Coco Beach is located at the far end of Simpson Bay. The restaurants and shops in Simpson Bay are in walking distance, so there is lots to do if you can drag yourself away from the beach!

We also have other units at Coco Beach available for weekly rental - have your own kitchen and space to retreat to while vacationing with friends!
