Americana is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home, with a separate 1 bedroom apartment, located in the Cote d'Azur Marina, in the Dutch Lowlands of Sint Maarten. This spacious home sits right on the Simpson Bay Lagoon, and has a terrific view of the water and across to the French Lowlands. There is a boat dock available for use by the renter.
The large pool and deck area lead up to the entrance and main level of the house, which contains the kitchen, one bedroom with ensuite bath, and the large living room, as well as a deck with an outdoor dining area.
The lower portion of the house contains 3 bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms, and with their own balconies, which allow guests to wake up to the gorgeous view every morning. The separate 1 bedroom apartment is on the lowest floor with it's own entrance.
This villa is just a few minutes away from Cupecoy and Mullet Bay beaches, and is close to two casinos and to Maho, with its great restaurants & nightlife.
