The Beach House is a unique property on St. Thomas. If privacy is what you're looking for The Beach House is the place for you.
This magnificent property is located 40 feet above sea level, on three acres with 700 feet of shoreline where a wooden stairway leads you to a small, completely secluded beach. When calm the snorkeling and diving is some of the most pristine on the island. When the seas are rough you can enjoy a dip in the hot tub or bask in the warmth on the huge deck while you watch and enjoy the surf. Perfect oceanfront living!
The Beach House is the perfect place to have your wedding, write a book, paint a seascape, or simply relax and enjoy an incredible, fun family vacation. The Beach House consists of a Main House with two bedrooms and a quaint three bedroom detatched cottage.
There are very few rentals on St. Thomas with their own beach and privacy. The Beach House is one of these. Part of the joy of the house is its privacy. It is one mile down a winding road that is part of the adventure of being there. While The Beach House is part of the Caret Bay neighborhood, the house is nestled in the corner of its three acre property and you can neither see nor feel the presense of any of the neighbors.
WEDDINGS, PARTIES, OR LARGE GATHERING: The Beach House will accommodate up to 75 people. ADD a $1000 surcharge to the rental rate; and, a $1500 fully-refundable damage deposit is also required. All tables, flatware, china, dishes, and glassware for the event must be rented or provided by your caterer. The Beach House must have details of all plans well in advance of the event, including wedding personnel and/or catering persons who will be at the villa for your function. Guests will be held completely responsible for any damages, missing items, and will be charged if their caterer/chef does not complete a full clean-up of the property inside and outside, including removing all trash from the villa property.
Private Hot Tub: 4-6 person, Sundance, Hot Tub on a lower deck with outside shower and view of the ocean.
Full Kitchen: Brand new Stainless Steel appliances, electric stove.
Catering and Provisioning Available: Wonderful chefs who will cater a magnificent meal or party are available. Due to the privacy you may wish never to leave the property and have the food provisioning done for you for a nominal fee.
Deck/Patio: Huge outdoor deck overlooking the North side and the islands of Inner and Outer brass. Beautiful covered deck with elegant dining table and chairs for that wonderful outdoor breakfast, lunch or dinner yet protected from the hot sun.
Beachfront: The Beach House has a private stairway to the secluded beach we call Mail Bay. At the beach is a small boat house with many beach toys.
This is an open home and smoking is permitted on the decks only. No smoking is permitted indoors.
